My name is Caesar, I’ve been married to my wife Janet for 37 wonderful years and we have three amazing children, Alex, Chris and Jackie. A native of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, I now reside in sunny South Florida.

I built my career at an international company for 32 years and had the opportunity to travel to over 70 countries across Europe, Middle East, Asia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, as well as much of the United States. I soon came to the realization that no matter where I went, what was always most memorable for me—and what I constantly spoke about (shame on me)—was the food. From brick oven baked sardines in San Francisco, main lobster in Boston, fried oyster Po-Boy in New Orleans,  Rib Eye steak in Buenos Aires, ceviche in Peru, Shrimp al pil pil in Chile, Risotto in Italy and chili crab in Singapore, it always came down to the food.

As this has always been my passion (and I love to cook) I wanted to try to share my culinary experiences as it relates to both the food itself and the beautiful places behind it. But my main focus will always be on the dish—because the place or restaurant is the canvas, but the dish is the work of art.
